i was really happy with the free drinks i got upon arrival. the complimentary spa session was such a cool, unexpected perk! the rooftop sun deck was a big hit with me too.

i found that there was only one person doing everything (reception, bar, service). this hotel has no atmosphere. i noticed some dirty glasses and tables.

the staff provided really good service. tolo, cristina, and tina were great, ensuring i felt comfortable. they recommended local restaurants and gave helpful information. aian's attentiveness impressed me, especially his suggestion to take a hotel umbrella one rainy morning. the service on the roof terrace was quick and wonderful.

The hotel is very quiet. It lacks a little bit of atmosphere.
