the rooms were very large and well equipped. the high ceilings gave a great sense of place. the bathrooms are very spacious as well, compared with other properties. i enjoyed that the main features of the historical mansion were maintained with open courtyards and staircases.

i noticed the breakfast, although good, could offer more variety. more fresh vegetables and fruits would be a welcome addition. i felt this would enhance the overall dining experience.
